Custom Mouldings
Replica World War II Spitfire
We were commissioned to build a World War II Spitfire as a display item. This replica Spitfire was a custom mould made as a display item. We took great care in researching the original Spitfire before designing and producing the very realistic finished model!
Speed record – Flying Kiwi
We assisted with the design and development of the Flying Kiwi, a land speed record breaking side-car motorcycle. Building this body focused on a true shape, light weight, clean finish and accurate fitting.
Party Hoppers trailers
These eye catching drinks trailers have been developed for a client who asked us to develop the prototype for his own use. Coca Cola also recognised their potential, ordering several units for their brand promotion and events needs.
Street telephone kiosk
Developed for Telecom, these stand-alone kiosks needed to be simple to install and maintain, but also have good acoustic capability to reduce background street noise.
Robust, light weight fibreglass Whale
A mold was taken off the original 1971 concrete whale to produce the new lightweight, yet robust whale for the New Brighton Toddlers Pool in 2017. The pool is lined with our spray on, seamless fibreglass ‘BERMUDA POOL LININGS’
