Bus Parts & Components
Our moulding division manufactures components for Global Bus Ventures Ltd, the largest bus production facility in New Zealand. We provide pattern making services and final assembly operations which include fitting mounting brackets and hardware. Using resin infusion processes, we create lightweight, strong carbon fibre components like the internal ducting systems used in many modern coaches. We supply external panels, roofs, dashboards, air conditioning ducting, and various other fibreglass mouldings that reduce overall bus weight and save time in assembly.

Party Hoppers Trailers
These eye catching drinks trailers have been developed for a client who asked us to develop the prototype for his own use. Coca Cola also recognised their potential, ordering several units for their brand promotion and events needs.
Motor Homes and Caravans

Truck and Van Bodies and Trailers
We constantly manufacture and supply parts for truck and trailer bodies, including walls, roofs, floor panels, doors and bulkheads. Our purpose-built vacuum table can handle the manufacture of panels up to 19m long and 3.5m wide.
Custom parts for the transport industry are also a specialty of our work, building bodies for special equipment trucks such as for a mobile water blast unit.

ARC Over-bridge Safety Screen
As Auckland continued the rollout of its electrified rail network, the Auckland Regional Council identified an urgent need to prevent tampering with overhead wires on pedestrian over-bridges. They required a durable, interlocking safety screen system that would not only eliminate safety risks but also enhance the visual appeal of busy urban transport corridors.
We manufactured these Over-bridge Safety Screens (pictured here in grey) for ARC and they were installed over electrified rail tracks to prevent tampering with the lines from the over bridge.
