Polyurethane foam core with plywood stiffening and high gloss fibreglass sheet exterior surfaces. Foam-cored panels can be made for chiller bodies (0°C) or freezer bodies (down to -30°C).
Plywood or pine wood core options with smooth, gloss white gelcoat fibreglass sheet exterior surfaces. Suitable for dry goods truck bodies; walls, bulkhead, roof, floor, doors etc. Floors can have a non-slip surface if required.
Foam core sandwiched between smooth, gloss white exterior gelcoat fibreglass sheets.
Panels can be reinforced with internal wood or aluminium frames sandwiched between smooth, gloss white exterior gelcoat fibreglass sheets. Ideal for roof applications, door frames, hinge blocks etc.

Although we don’t construct truck bodies, we do supply the components to make them e.g. walls, roofs, floor panels, doors and bulkheads; aluminium extrusion corner caps & interior light shells.
Many of our panels can be seen on the roads in the form of truck and van bodies, trailers and semi-trailers.
Fibreglass Panels for Repair Work & Non-Slip Surfacing
We can undertake fibreglass repairs on your damaged truck body, and will happily supply insurance quotes for this work. With our fibreglass manufacturing facilities and skilled staff we can repair your truck and/or trailer body, motorhome or caravan.
We also offer a service where we apply a non-slip surface to any truck or trailer floor using grit-impregnated coating for durability and grip.

We Also Stock Flat Fibreglass Sheets Off The Roll
The Composite Group is the New Zealand distributor of Vetroresina® products and we can supply a range of fibreglass sheet on the roll or cut to length. Available in lengths up to 60 metres, topside finish is white gelcoat with a gloss finish, bottom side is micro sanded. Other colours are available as a special order.
Fibreglass sheet is typically used in the manufacture of panels for the transport and motorhome industries and specialist trailers such as horse floats.
