Overview
Our moulding division manufactures fibreglass bus parts and components for Global Bus Ventures Ltd, the largest bus production facility in New Zealand. We provide pattern making services and final assembly operations which include fitting mounting brackets and hardware.
Our Solution
Using resin infusion processes, we create lightweight, strong carbon fibre components like the internal ducting systems used in many modern coaches. We supply external front and rear panels, roofs, dashboards, air conditioning ducting, and various other fibreglass mouldings that reduce overall bus weight and save time in assembly.
